CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for booking with Smart Nail Studio! We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to the same fee. This policy helps us protect our time and accommodate other clients. Thank you for your understanding and support.
